A puja is a ritual or ceremony for reverance, worship, honor and adoration. It's an opportunity to offer devotion to the Divine, to Love, to what is greater than just you yourself. This puja has been intentionally timed in the middle of the holiday season, to help us recognize the Divine in the people around us. As your families gather and memories are created and shared, take what you practice in this puja into your homes and the homes of your families. Learn to see beneath just the surface of gift giving to the deeper sharing of Presence and Love.

There are two ticket choices for this event, both at the same cost. Choosing a ticket type is about setting your intention now for what you wish to honor during the ceremony: Divine Feminine, or Divine Masculine. No matter how you identify, both aspects deserve attention, respect, and worship. Which most needs your attention in your life this holiday season?

It's that time again! Luna is growing big-bellied and ready to be gazed upon, pondered, and adored by the Earth and all its inhabitants.

Have you felt stressed this month? Has it felt like things just keep piling up and it's hard to stay on top of everything? Let's take this time to gather together, meditate on our abundance and the support that is available to us, to relax into that support and invest in the trust that it is here to catch us. We'll enjoy a tea ceremony, some legends from centuries-old traditions to help guide us, a luxurious meditation, and the sharing of music. Allow this evening to be a gift to yourself, an opportunity to put down all your projects and celebrate your progress.

This Full Moon Circle is for women and men, so bring your Divine Masculine and come for a restful evening. Bring blankets, pillows, meditation cushions, journals, and anything you'd like to place on the altar for the evening (you can take it back with you when you leave). All are invited to wear white and other light colors to match Luna's bright phase!

"Consent" is a term most commonly used with regards to physical intimacy, but if you can't tell your barista that your coffee is too strong and you'd like it remade, it's going to be waaaay more difficult to ask your partner to touch you in just that way you like. In The Qi of Consent, we look at less physically intimate examples of when and how we use our voices to advocate for ourselves, so that when we are in a spicy situation, we are more equipped and practiced at speaking up.

Full Moon reminds us to take time for ourselves: slow down a moment, breathe deeply, and connect with Mother Nature, yourself and others. Take this opportunity to assess: what have we been creating this month? What can we release to make way for more ease in our lives? What obstacles and accomplishments can we acknowledge?

Through guided meditation, a little writing, some Qigong and sharing, come support and be supported by a community of wonderful humans all gathering to increase the consciousness of the world around us. Plus: I wanna sing you some songs!
